RMC Summer Speed, Agility & ACL Injury
Prevention Program

Riverside Medical Center is hosting its 4th annual Summer Speed, Agility and ACL Injury Prevention Program. This program is designed to improve sports performance and overall fitness and to prevent injuries in high school athletes. The program runs for 6 weeks and is 2 times per week. We will be testing participants at the beginning and at the end of the program to monitor progress. Please come with proper clothing and shoes for running and jumping activities. Class size is limited to 20 participants.
